Michaela Fallon-Williams has joined the business as People and Compliance Director, bringing years of experience in the nuclear industry with her. Michaela will lead the training and development of McAuliffe’s directly employed team, as well as ensuring the business builds on its strong health and safety record.
Elizabeth Beers joins as Technical Director, heading up McAuliffe’s technology and consulting arm, Geostream UK. Lizzie has 17 years’ experience in environmental consultancy – including stints at CBRE, WSP and Delta-Simons – and will support clients with land contamination issues for planning and development.
Both directors will contribute to McAuliffe’s wider business strategy, influencing business direction over the coming years.
