This is the second time McAuliffe has been shortlisted for this award in the past two years, with the team scooping the ‘Highly Commended’ accolade at last November’s ceremony.
McAuliffe was selected as a finalist by a prestigious panel of judges, which included senior representatives from Avison Young, Arcadis, the National House Building Council (NHBC), and the House Builders’ Federation (HBF).
Projects from Vistry Group, Countryside, Redrow, Lovell, and Barratt Developments, all feature on the shortlist.
