Reece is completing a 3-year Land Based Service Engineering Technician Apprenticeship (Plant Fitter). Working alongside our mechanic as a mentor, Reece has already carried out a complete undercarriage change on a dozer and does configuration changes on screeners.

He is being trained in welding (stick welding to MIG welding) and is mastering Hardfacing to keep our Buckets and Pulverisors in tip top condition. Reece will soon be put forward for a Welding Approval Test to become a Coded Welder.
