Judges included senior representatives from Avison Young, Zoopla, Arcadis and the NHBC, with McAuliffe having to demonstrate strong specialist expertise to be considered for the award.
After a record number of entries, projects from Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon, Vistry, Redrow, and Countryside Properties all appear on this year’s shortlist.

Winners will be revealed at an awards ceremony in London on 10th November.
