The team beat off strong competition from fellow contractors, following a rigorous judging process that involved submitting a written entry and presenting in front of senior industry professionals.
Judges were impressed by McAuliffe’s ‘clear vision’ for the company, as well as the team’s ‘strong focus on people development’ and ‘good use of technology.’
