The team was celebrated for its specialist expertise and quality of service, which provides specific value to housebuilder clients.
Over the past year, McAuliffe has invested in training and development, and service innovation. This includes creating a plant operator apprenticeship, and becoming one of the first UK contractors to use Trimble SiteVision augmented reality technology. The team has also poured £10.5m into new carbon-efficient plant and equipment.

We can start at land purchase, supporting clients through the land bid and setting an all-risk, fixed price for remediation and enabling works. This was our second Housebuilder Awards entry, and the second time we’ve been recognised for our service, after winning the award in 2017.”
